Policies & Reminders

Appointments & Scheduling

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and subject to a late/no-show fee.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% service charge.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings.

Refunds & Exchanges

No refunds on services rendered.

Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and unused.

If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us within 48 hours for an assessment.

VIP Memberships

Memberships are non-transferable and require a 3-month minimum commitment.

Unused services do not roll over unless stated in the membership agreement.

Memberships can be canceled with a 30-day written notice after the minimum term.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or membership perks unless stated.

Discounts apply to full-price services only.

Health, Safety & Age Policy

If you have cold sores, infections, or contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment.

Clients with contraindications (e.g., recent fillers, Botox, open wounds, etc.) may be asked to reschedule.

We maintain a strict sanitation protocol to ensure a safe and clean environment.

Services are for clients 18+ (minors 13+ can receive facials with parental consent).

For safety and relaxation, no additional guests or children are allowed in the treatment room.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violating spa policies.
